Tell Me A Funny Story

Thursday, October 20th, 2011

Jonah and Noah’s mom Candi

told me last year (soon after we met) that she was determined to have me shoot her family photos someday…

Lucky for me that someday came a few weeks ago.

Candi loves Fall with all of her heart, the colors, the decorating, the crisp air…

But not as much as she loves her boys.

Noah and Jonah are engaging, funny and loving.

They like to tell me funny stories too.

Which is perfect because I love to laugh.

They like to be boys too…which includes jumping off walls…

While boys are boys…these boys still adore their Mom.

I know for her the feeling is mutual.

She has told me numerous times how much she loves them…and it shows.

Thanks for the honor Barwinskis…spending the afternoon with you was 100% my pleasure, I loved the laughs, the stories and you all left me with a smile for days to come as I soaked up the love you share.

Warmly, Jane

John Deere and A Beautiful Big Sister

Wednesday, October 12th, 2011

E&E’s mother was recently promoted in her job and got a corner office, with good light and decent wall space.

I walked in over the summer to see her in her new digs and promptly said

“Now that you are the big boss, you need big pictures of those stunning children to showcase in this office!”

E&E’s mother promptly agreed with me, she knows her children are stunning.

Seriously, look at her

Her little brother wasn’t too sure if he was ready to be photographed, but when I suggested we photograph his John Deere tractor?

He ran for his tractor and posed it up right.

Because John Deere tractors are what this little man is all about these days.

His big sister is all about making crafts, creating things and being beautiful.

Well and giggling a bit too.

It didn’t take long for Mr. John Deere and I to start having some fun. This was his response when asked:

“How does your tractor like my camera?”

I was able to capture his sweet and innocent side too.

But only for a quick minute.

One of the driving forces behind my passion for my work is showing parents something about their children

they KNOW but don’t always get to see…like this:

They DO love each other!

Thanks E&E.

I can’t wait to spend time with you both again soon, you are both just as amazing as your Mom said you were.
